Our Team

We’re very proud of our exceptional home carers, who are always going above and beyond to ensure every service user receives the brilliant support they deserve. We strive to maintain continuity in relation to the care worker and the service user, building a relationship of trust and often friendship.

We know that a care service can only be as good as the carers providing it, which is why we place so much emphasis on ensuring our carers are the very best. We are always on the lookout for new team members, so please see our Jobs page for more information.

Kirsty - Managing Director

Kirsty – Managing Director

My partner and I have been together a number of years – with 4 children and 6 grandchildren between us. I started working in care a good few years ago and developed a true  love for caring for people; it is my calling and I am never happier that when I am making things better for individuals – so we started HomeKare and we have never looked back.

Andrea - Senior Care Manager

Andrea – Senior Care Manager

I’ve been married to my long suffering husband for 26 years, I’ve got 3 grown up children and a dog, so the house is always busy! I always knew that caring was my vocation, and I’ve been working with people for over 20 years. I’ve had numerous roles working my way up to my current one. I’m dedicated to, and passionate about, delivering high quality care that enables our clients to thrive and be happy.

Pip - Care Manager

Pip – Care Manager

I’m divorced with 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren (and two dogs). I started 35 years ago as a psychiatric nurse and have, after 20 ish years running tech companies, finally come back home to care. I am committed to helping people stay in their homes for as long as they want and living the very best lives that they can, as independently as they can. I adore my role as Care Manager and being part of our care family.
