Job Overview – Personal Assistant @ Homekare

When people can’t do what they used to do for themselves, they can feel alone and isolated. This is where you come in to show support and empathy and that they are not forgotten. You may be the only person the client sees throughout the day.

What Would You Be Doing?

Visiting clients in their own homes.
Helping with everyday tasks, such as laundry, so they can continue in the environment they love.
Helping with elements of personal care and everyday needs.
Assisting with dressing and night time routines.
Supporting medication.
Help with preparing meals and snacks, plus keeping hydrated.
Supporting shopping trips.
Being a warm, reliable companion.

What You Need

A full driving license.
An enhanced DBS check – if you don’t have one, we can help you apply for this.

Job Details

Location – Worksop and Retford area.
Employment type – employed or self employed.
Hours – flexible: mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
Pay – dependent on employment basis.
